Circular to Security Holders

Meetings of Security Holders of the ETFS Leveraged Natural Gas Individual Securities, the ETFS Leveraged Lead Individual Securities, the ETFS Short Silver Individual Securities and the ETFS Short Sugar Individual Securities have been convened for 10.00 a.m., 10.05 a.m., 10:10 a.m. and 10:15 a.m., respectively, on 4 January 2012. 

A circular convening the meetings has been posted to the affected Security Holders and a copy of the circular has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
