Circular to Security Holders

A meeting of Security Holders of the Natural Gas Micro Forward Securities, the ETFS Forward Natural Gas Individual Securities, the ETFS Forward All Commodities DJ‑UBSCI-F3SM Index Securities and the ETFS Forward Energy DJ‑UBSCI-F3SM Index Securities has been convened for 10.35 a.m. on 4 January 2012. 

A circular convening the meeting has been posted to the affected Security Holders and a copy of the circular has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
