Synchronica PLC14 August 2006 Synchronica plc Synchronica plc appoints new Chief Operating Officer London, 14 August 2006 - Synchronica plc, an international developer andprovider of mobile device management ("MDM") and synchronisation solutions, hasannounced the appointment of Joachim Gmeinwieser as COO, with immediate effect. Gmeinwieser brings with him a wealth of experience in delivering on large-scaleimplementation projects for IT Service and Solutions Provider AI Informatics/Siemens and will take on responsibility for Synchronica's project delivery team,managing implementations for Synchronica's largest customers in the UK andEurope. Gmeinwieser will also head up Synchronica's IT function, with ultimateresponsibility for the company's IT infrastructure, technical support andcustomer support departments. Gmeinwieser has a strong background and proven track record in projectmanagement and joined Synchronica at the beginning of 2006 as acting ManagingDirector for Synchronica's German Office.
