Darty plc - New Chief Executive

Darty plc today confirms the appointment of Régis Schultz as its new Chief Executive with immediate effect, ahead of the scheduled date of 1 May, first announced on 1 February 2013.

Consequently, Dominic Platt, acting Chief Executive, will revert to his previous role of Finance Director.
