RNS Announcement- Incommunities Treasury PLC (the Company)- 1 April 2022

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Close as Chair of Incommunities Limited and as a Board member of Incommunities Treasury PLC. Both appointments take effect on 1 April 2022, and follow Steve Close joining the Board of Incommunities Limited on 1 January 2022.

Steve Close has 30 years experience of leading organisations in the Housing sector, and most recently was Chief Executive of Together Housing Group, which owns 38,000 homes in the North and the Midlands. He left that post on 31 March. Steve Close also has a number of current and prior non-executive appointments, including as Chair.

Steve replaces Jan Ormondroyd who stepped down as Chair of Incommunities Limited and the Company on 31 March 2022. Incommunities wishes to thank Jan Ormondroyd for her service over recent years.
