Andrew, currently a non executive director of Empire Online will replace YossiPereg, CFO since 1999 who is stepping down for personal reasons. Yossi willresign from his position as CFO and COO and from the board of directors withimmediate effect but remain as a consultant to the company and will conduct athorough handover process.
