New buildings in ZILART available for sale

LSR Group starts pre-sales of apartments in 2 new buildings of ZILART project

LSR Group has started pre-sales of apartments in LOTS 1 and 2 of ZILART residential project, under construction in the center of Moscow.

Apartments with an area ranging from 46 sq. m. to 135 sq. m. are available for sale. The price per square meter starts at RUB 182,000. The buildings are scheduled for commissioning by the end of 2018.

New buildings are designed by the well-known architectural bureau Sergey Skuratov Architects in accordance with the unified design code developed by Meganom Project architectural bureau for ZILART.

ZILART project by LSR Group is located just 5 km south from Kremlin and shall become a perfect place to live for those appreciating comfort, business opportunities, creativity and intense cultural life.
