Election of new Board of Directors of OJSC TransContainer

On 18 April 2011, an Extraordinary General Shareholders' Meeting of OJSC TransContainer ("TransContainer" or the "Company") (LSE: TRCN) resolved to appoint a new Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect. The members of the new Board of Directors are:

Mr. Petr V. Baskakov;

Mr. Aleksey Y. Davydov;

Mr. Pavel D. Iliyichev;

Mr. David Hexter;

Ms. Zhanar Rymzhanova;

Ms. Irina S. Shitkina;

Mr. Sergei V. Generalov;

Mr. Gerald J. Rohan;
