New Board members appointed
Three new members have been appointed to The Guinness Partnership Board after a competitive process.
Ben Laryea has worked in the sector for over 30 years. He is Chief Executive of Ekaya Housing Association, which provides housing and support services primarily to black and ethnic minority women, their families and groups with similar needs. He has acted as an independent housing professional, supporting organisations through change and service transformation, and worked as a mentor to address the lack of diversity at senior management level within the sector. Ben is a Board Member of Dolphin Living and he sits on the Audit & Risk Committee of the Dolphin Square Foundation.
Gina Amoh has worked in housing for over 30 years, starting her career as a Housing Officer. She is Chief Executive of Inquilab Housing Association, which provides homes and services to a diverse and multi-ethnic range of customers and communities in London. She has chaired the BME London Landlords Group - a group of 14 small and medium housing associations - and is a founder of the Leadership 2025 programme and Chair of its Steering and Advisory Groups. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing, Gina also has an MBA, is a Member of the Homes for Londoners Board and has previously been a Board Member for a number of housing associations.
Lee Bolton was a Guinness tenant for 15 years and currently lives in Saddleworth as a tenant of another housing association. Lee has worked in supported housing and the criminal justice system for the last 19 years and currently works for Petrus (part of the Regenda Group). He is a former non-executive member of the Guinness Property Board and member of Guinness's Service & Performance Committee.
