Pace Micro Technology PLC01 February 2005 Pace Micro Technology appoints new Non-Executive Director Saltaire, West Yorkshire, 1 February 2005: Pace Micro Technology plc (pic.l) hastoday announced the appointment of a new non-executive director, Marten Fraser.As an independent non-executive, he will also join three committees of the PaceBoard for Audit, Remuneration and Nominations. Marten Fraser was the senior partner at Pricewaterhouse Coopers Nottingham,where he worked in the Audit and Business Advisory Services Department. Priorto this he was the Partner in charge of the East Midlands practice of PriceWaterhouse and worked on a number of the practice's larger audit clients. As aresult he has extensive experience of working with audit committees and numerousplc boards over the last 25 years on a wide range of business issues.
