New Appointments To Support Global Product Distribution Deal and Growth Strategies

BOS GLOBAL Holdings Limited, the AIM quoted software company focused on providing businesses with productivity solutions to drive efficient business practices and workplace engagement, is pleased to announce that it has strengthened its management and advisory team. These appointments will support the Company's active growth strategy as it looks to commercialise its BOS360 Work Patterns (PaaS) platform ('BOS360'), a business optimisation support system currently under development and due to be launched in H1 2017.

Further to the successful completion of the Ag-I Global Distribution Agreement announced on 21 November 2016, Mr. Scotti has been appointed as International Business Development Manager. Marco Scotti, has substantial experience in driving sales within the technology and IT sectors and will be based in San Francisco USA, working alongside the Company's VP of Engineering.

Marco commented: "Having worked in start-ups, travelling extensively and engaging with corporations worldwide, I know that my generation is interested in the flexibility and transparency that 'Work Patterns' delivers to the workplace."

Professor Cao is globally recognised for his work in data analytics. He is the founder of 'UTS: Advanced Analytics Institute' (AAI) and has published many papers and books on the subject of data analytics. Following the recent successful completion of the Ag-I global distribution deal (an initiative identified by the BOS GLOBAL Advisory Council), Professor Cao's appointment represents a valuable addition to further drive the Advisory Council's charter - being to identify non-organic growth opportunities for BOS as part of its overall strategy for an eventual co-listing on NASDAQ.
