New Appointment of Non-Executive Director

The Board of Octopus Titan VCT plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Tom Leader as an independent non-executive director of the Company, and a member of the audit committee, today. 

Tom has over 26 years’ private equity experience. He is currently Director and Head of Portfolio, Unquoted Pool at Caledonia Investments plc. In his last role, he was Chief Investment Officer of Nova Capital Management. Before Nova, Tom worked at Baring Private Equity Partners and Morgan Grenfell Private Equity. Tom started his career in the management consultancy practice of Coopers & Lybrand.

Tom is a Non-Executive Director of Choice Care Group, Brookshire Capital, Cooke Optics and Caledonia Sterling Industries. Separately, he is Non-Executive Chairman of Penox Group GmbH.
