RPC Group PLC25 January 2006 25th January 2006 RPC Group Plc RPC Group appoints Mr Stephan Rojahn as Non-executive Director RPC Group Plc ("RPC" or "the Group"), Europe's leading supplier of rigidplastics packaging, today announces the appointment of Mr Stephan Rojahn to theBoard of Directors of the Company as an independent non-executive Director withimmediate effect from 25 January 2006. Stephan Rojahn, a German national and qualified engineer, joined Durr AG, theleading global supplier of painting systems to the automobile manufacturingindustry in 2002 as a member of the Board of Management and in 2003 becameChairman. During this period, he oversaw a substantial and successfulrestructuring of the company. He previously worked for the Bosch Group in Germany and Spain, culminating in aposition on the Board of Management with responsibility for Gasoline Systems,Body Electronics, Car Multimedia (Blaupunkt GmbH) and Bosch Australia Ltd.
