NEW AGREEMENT WITH ASDA

Embargoed: 0700hrs 24 October 2006 INTERNATIONAL BRAND LICENSING PLC INTERNATIONAL BRAND LICENSING PLC ANNOUNCES NEW AGREEMENT WITH ASDA International Brand Licensing Plc ("IBL") announces that it has entered a newthree year licensing agreement with ASDA for its Admiral sports brand.Exclusive for the supermarket sector, the new agreement commences from 1stJanuary 2007 following expiry of the current agreement, and is for the sportsequipment, luggage, accessories, and children's footwear categories.Tony Hutchinson, IBL's Chief Executive, comments: "We are delighted to havesigned a new agreement with ASDA extending for a further three years thesuccessful partnership we have enjoyed since 2003.
