Spiritel, through its Expo Communications division, will provide Level 3, whichoperates one of the largest Internet backbones in the world, with cost-effectivemobile call termination in the UK and across Europe. In addition, under areciprocal arrangement, Expo Communications will use Level 3's (3) Voice(R)Termination service to provide termination for its customer traffic to the US.
