Change of accounting reference date

The Board of Minoan announces its decision to extend the Company's accounting reference date to 31 October 2011.

The Company's audited financial results for the 13 month period to 31 October 2011 will be announced by 31 March 2012 and the unaudited interim financial results for the 6 months ended 30 April 2012 will be announced by 31 July 2012.

Future annual audited financial results will be announced within 6 months of the end of the accounting reference date in accordance with the AIM Rules.

The extension is to bring the accounting reference dates of all companies in the Group in line with its acquisition, announced earlier this year, of King World Travel Limited. The further acquisitions the Company is currently considering in the Travel and Leisure sector will also be brought into line with the new accounting reference date for Minoan.
