10 October 2011 SureTrack Monitoring plc ("SureTrack" or "the Company") Change of accounting reference date

The Company announces that it has changed its financial year end from 31 January to 31 March. The Company will therefore report on the fourteen month accounting period ending 31 March 2012. The Company has decided to change its year end in order to align its reporting period better with the trading cycles of its customers.

The Company expects to announce its results for the six month period ended 31 July 2011 on 20 October 2011. However, the Company will then report audited financial information for the fourteen month period ending 31 March 2012 on or before 31 July 2012, and subsequently produce its half yearly report to 30 September 2012 within three months of that date. The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending 31 March 2013 will be released within six months of that date.
