Network Enhancement Gives Verizon Wireless Customers in Portions of Mercer County, Pa., Something to Talk About

Verizon Wireless, the only major carrier with a 30-day networktest-drive pledge that pays for calls if a customer isn't satisfiedand switches to another carrier, announced today that it has activateda new cell site in West Middlesex, Pa., enhancing coverage in portionsof Mercer County. £ This network enhancement enables more Verizon Wireless customersto use their wireless phones to make calls; send and receive email andtext, picture and video messages; and download games and ringtoneswhile enjoying clearer reception and fewer dropped calls. £ The new cell site improves network coverage from just south of thetown of Farrell along the Interstate 60 to Interstate 80.
