Network Enhancement Gives Verizon Wireless Customers in Corry, Pa., Something to Talk About

Verizon Wireless, the only major carrier with a 30-day networktest-drive pledge that pays for calls if a customer isn't satisfiedand switches to another carrier, announced today that it has activateda new cell site in Corry, enhancing coverage in portions of ErieCounty. £ This network enhancement enables more Verizon Wireless customersto use their wireless phones to make calls; send and receive email andtext, picture and video messages; and download games and ringtoneswhile enjoying clearer reception and fewer dropped calls. £ The new cell site improves network coverage from State Route 89east along U.S. Route 6 to just east of the Warren County line andalong State Route 426 from the New York state line south to StewartRoad.
