The Board of Baronsmead VCT 2 plc announces that the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 30 November 2009 was 86.19p per share.
The net asset value is stated after deducting the final dividend of 3.0p per share which went ex-dividend on 25 November 2009 and will be paid on 30 December 2009 if approved at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 14 December 2009.
