Close Brothers Aim Vct PLC23 November 2007 Close Brothers AIM VCT PLC The Board of Close Brothers AIM VCT PLC announces that as at 21 November 2007,the unaudited net asset values of the Ordinary shares and the 'D' shares wereapproximately 69.58 pence per share and 120.11 pence per share respectively. These net asset values do not account for the dividends of 2.50 pence per sharefor the Ordinary shares and the D shares, declared by the Board on 24 October2007.
