Caledonia Investments PLC07 January 2008 Caledonia Investments plc Unaudited net asset value per share at 31 December 2007 Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that its unaudited net assetvalues per ordinary share as at 31 December 2007, calculated as in previousmonths on a cum-income basis, were 2343p (undiluted) and 2314p (diluted), afterdeduction of the interim dividend. The interim dividend in relation to the year ending 31 March 2008 of 9.9p pershare will be paid on 8 January 2008 to shareholders registered on 7 December2007.
