VinaLand Limited (the "Company")

The Company announces that at close of business on 31 May 2008 its unaudited net asset value per share was $1.57. This is a 6.8 percent increase from the 31 March 2008 NAV of $1.47 per share. The increase is due to a revaluation of six properties owned by the Company.
