Close Brothers Aim Vct PLC01 December 2006 Close Brothers AIM VCT PLC The board of Close Brothers AIM VCT PLC announces that as at 29 November 2006,the unaudited net asset values of the Ordinary shares and the 'D' shares wereapproximately 81.67 pence and 117.56 pence respectively. This is after accounting for the dividends of 2.5 pence per Ordinary share and1.3 pence per D share as announced on 16 November 2006.
