Unaudited net asset value per share at 31 July 2008
Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that its unaudited diluted net asset value ("NAV") per ordinary share as at 31 July 2008, calculated on a cum-income basis, was 2060p, after deduction of the final dividend for the year ended 31 March 2008 of 22.6p per share.
The monthly reported net asset value per ordinary share, together with performance statistics and information on the valuation of principal investments, is available on Caledonia's website at www.caledonia.com.
