Close Brothers AIM VCT PLC
The Board of Close Brothers AIM VCT PLC announces that as at 14 May 2008, the unaudited net asset values of the Ordinary shares and the 'D' shares were approximately 57.32 pence per share and 107.17 pence per share respectively.
The Board of Close Brothers AIM VCT declared dividends of 2.50 pence per Ordinary share and 2.50 pence per D share in the year end accounts to 29 February 2008. These dividends will become ex-dividend on 21 May 2008. The dividends will be paid on 20 June 2008 to shareholders on the register on 23 May 2008.
The unaudited net asset values above do not account for these dividends.
