The Board of Baronsmead VCT 3 plc announces that the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 January 2011 was 108.02p per share.
The net asset value is stated before deducting the final dividend of 4.5p per share which will go ex-dividend on 9 March 2011 and will be paid on 8 April 2011 if approved at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 6 April 2011.
