The Board of Baronsmead VCT 2 plc announces that the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 October 2009 was 89.14p per share.
The net asset value is stated before deducting the final dividend of 3.0p per share which will go ex-dividend on 25 November 2009 and will be paid on 30 December 2009 if approved at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 14 December 2009.
