NAV Performance The NAV % Total Return for January 2025 was 0.35%, which takes the NAV % Total Return to 0.35% over the past six months, and 2.72% over the past 12 months. The NAV as at 31st January 2025 was 85.79 pence per Ordinary Share, which was 0.297 pence higher than at 31st December 2024. This increase in NAV was predominantly driven by a positive net interest income of 0.386 pence per Ordinary Share, which was slightly offset by minor movements in mark-to-market valuation movements.
Portfolio Activity As at 31st January 2025, the Company's invested portfolio had an aggregate nominal outstanding of circa £81 million across 18 investments. The average yield13 was 12.44%, with a weighted average loan life remaining of circa 0.76 years10. Cash balances at end of January 2025 stood at circa £9m of which circa £1.5m will be retained by the Company largely to fund remaining committed facilities which have yet to be drawn, as well as to hold sufficient funds for working capital purposes. Post month end, RM successfully completed a material redemption of investment loans Ref #66 & #67, with the receipt of a net cash consideration of £11.5m, or c.96% of their respective December 2024 marks. In addition, the Company has received the benefit of a further fixed charge security over the operational property of investment loan Ref #99 (where the company currently holds a c.£2.9m senior secured). Following the above, cash balances at the current date sit at circa £20m. Further updates regarding the Company's Managed Wind-Down process and subsequent return(s) of capital to Shareholders will be announced by the Board as and when appropriate.

RM Infrastructure Income Plc ("RMII" or the "Company") is a closed-ended investment trust established to invest in a portfolio of secured debt instruments. |
The Company aims to generate attractive and regular dividends through loans sourced or originated by the Investment Manager with a degree of inflation protection through index-linked returns where appropriate. Loans in which the Company invests are predominantly secured against assets such as real estate or plant and machinery and/or income streams such as account receivables.
On 20 December 2023, shareholders approved the implementation of the Managed Wind-down of the Company. Accordingly, the Company's investment objective was restated as follows: "The Company aims to conduct an orderly realisation of the assets of the Company, to be effected in a manner that seeks to achieve a balance between returning cash to Shareholders promptly and maximising value."
