As at close of business on 2 March 2016, the unaudited net asset value per ordinary share calculated in accordance with the AIC formula (including current financial year revenue items and excluding shares held in treasury) with the cumulative preference stock at par value was 412.5p and the net asset value per ordinary share with the cumulative preference stock at fair value was 413.1p.

As at close of business on 2 March 2016, the unaudited net asset value per ordinary share (excluding current financial year revenue items and shares held in treasury) with the cumulative preference stock at par value was 410.4p and the net asset value per ordinary share with the cumulative preference stock at fair value was 411.0p.
