Close Brothers Aim Vct PLC14 December 2007 Close Brothers AIM VCT PLC The Board of Close Brothers AIM VCT PLC announces that as at 12 December 2007,the unaudited net asset values of the Ordinary shares and the 'D' shares wereapproximately 65.75 pence per share and 116.05 pence per share respectively. The shares became ex-dividend on 28 November 2007 and this net asset value pershare therefore accounts for the 2.50 pence per share dividend for both Ordinaryand 'D' shares.
