Unaudited net asset value per share at 15 May 2008
Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that its unaudited diluted net asset value ("NAV") per ordinary share as at close of business on Thursday 15 May 2008, being the first day of trading in shares in TGE Marine AG ("TGE") following its listing on the AIM market on that day, and calculated as in previous months on a cum-income basis, was 2295p, before the deduction of a final dividend to be proposed by the directors in relation to the year ended 31 March 2008.
The revaluation of Caledonia's interest in TGE, taking into account the placing by Caledonia of 68,000 TGE shares at the listing price to facilitate the listing, gave rise to an increase in diluted NAV of 87p per share compared with the carrying value as at 30 April 2008.
