The Board of Baronsmead VCT 2 plc announces that the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 October 2010 was 96.41p per share.
The net asset value is stated before deducting the final dividend of 3.0p per share which will go ex-dividend on 22 December 2010 and will be paid on 14 January 2011 if approved at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 11 January 2011.
