Close High Income Properties PLC15 June 2007 Close High Income Properties PLCNet Asset Value AnnouncementAs at 31 May 2007 The Board of Close High Income Properties PLC (the "Company") is pleased toadvise that as at close of business on 31 May 2007, the unaudited Net AssetValue per Ordinary Share of 1 penny each of the Company was 141.39 pence (30April 2007: 141.91 pence). The unaudited Net Asset Value per "C" Ordinary Shareof 1 penny each was 107.44 pence (30 April 2007: 108.21 pence). The unauditedNet Asset Value per "D" Ordinary Share of 1 penny each was 99.91 pence (30 April2007: 100.01 pence). As detailed in the announcements made by the Company on 9 May and 6 June 2007,the "C" Ordinary Shares were converted into new Ordinary Shares on 11 June 2007in accordance with the terms of the Circular to shareholders dated 9 May 2007. Accordingly, this is the final monthly announcement of the Net Asset Values of "C" Ordinary Shares and Ordinary Shares as separate share classes.
