The Board of Baronsmead VCT 2 plc announces that the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 May 2011 was 100.92p per share.
The net asset value is stated before deducting the interim dividend of 2.5p per share which will go ex-dividend on 1 June 2011 and will paid on 17 June 2011.
