NEKTAN TO POWER 'KERCHING CASINO' BRAND
GIBRALTAR - NEKTAN PLC, an international, B2B, gaming platform provider, today announces a real money gaming agreement with established casino brand 'Kerching'. The partnership will see Kerching utilise Nektan's multi-channel platform, which is compatible across all screens, to provide end-to-end, real money, gaming content and services to Kerching's loyal customer base. The deal will see Kerching migrating their existing desktop customers to Nektan's platform, followed by their mobile customers in Q2. In addition, Kerching will be investing a marketing budget in excess of £5m for continued customer acquisition over the next 48 months.

This is the fourth white label gaming partnership to be announced by Nektan this year, following:
· Nektan's agreement with City A.M to launch a real money, gaming casino.
· A partnership with News UK to launch Sun Play, which combines free-to-play skill games with a suite of real money games that are designed to be played on the go by the readers of The Sun newspaper's print and online formats.
· A partnership with Channel 4 to launch a freemium bingo game branded with the popular award-winning television programme Come Dine With Me. The game will be available as an innovative freemium, non-gambling app. The app will be available to download and play for free with extra game credits and special features available for in-game purchase.
During the past 24 months, Nektan has invested heavily in its Evolve gaming platform and proprietary games to create a best-in-class, white label, real money gaming product. The Evolve platform can be customised to suit the specific needs of Nektan's partners to deliver a complete end-to-end gaming experience on smartphone, tablet and desktop.
