Retirement of Non Executive Director

Serco Group plc (the "Company") confirms that David Richardson will retire fromthe Board at the end of the Company's annual general meeting on 15 May 2013.Malcolm Wyman, who joined the Board in January 2013, will succeed David as bothSenior Independent Director and Chair of the Company's Audit Committee from thedate of David's retirement. Commenting on David's retirement, Alastair Lyons,Chairman, Serco Group plc, said: "I would like to thank David on behalf of theBoard for his wise counsel during his ten years as a non-executive Director andfor his stewardship of the Audit Committee for nine of those.
