BBA Group PLC13 July 2006 13 July 2006 BBA Group plc Appointment of Nick Land as Non-Executive Director BBA Group plc today announces the appointment of Nick Land as a Non-ExecutiveDirector. Nick, 58, will join the Board of BBA Group plc on 1 August 2006. He recentlyretired from Ernst & Young, where he was Chairman and Chief Executive of Ernst &Young UK and a member of the Global Executive Board of Ernst & Young Global,positions held since 1995. Nick is a Non-Executive Director on the new unified Board of Royal Dutch Shellplc. He also sits on the Cambridge Judge Business School's Advisory Board andthe Finance and Audit Committees of the National Gallery. Commenting on the appointment, Roberto Quarta, Chairman of BBA Group said: "I am delighted to welcome Nick Land to the Board of BBA Group.
