Bank Pekao SA21 December 2007 UNOFFICIAL TRANSLATION (21 December '07) Report 126/2007: Admission to NDS Series G Shares of Bank Pekao The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank Pekao") informs,that on the 19th of December, 2007 the Management Board of National Depositoryfor Securities ("NDS)") decided to register to 830,000 (eight hundred thirty)Series G Ordinary Bearer Shares of Bank Pekao, having nominal value of PLN 1.00(one) each, issued on the base of Resolution No 7 of Extraordinary GeneralMeeting of Shareholders dated 25th July, 2003 and to designate the shares withthe code "PLPEKAO00016", under condtion that Management Board of Warsaw StockExchange will decided to introduce those shares to trading on the same regulatedmarket, on which other Banks Pekao shares marked by code PLPEKAO00016 have beenintroduced, following no later than with the day of each Series G registrationin NDS. Registration Series G Ordinary Bearer Shares of Bank Pekao shall take place onthe basis: 1) Bank Pekao motions filled to NDS and issue letter prepared for thoseshares or annexes for this issue letter, or 2) settlement instructions referred to in the section 10a subsection 3 ofthe Detailed Rules of Operation of the National Depositary for Securities.
