Net Asset Value Disclosure 3 October 2014 The Board of the Company has been notified of a potential reductionin the Net Asset Value of the portfolio as at 30 September 2014 due to therevaluation impact in respect of two of the material positions owned by thefunds in which the Company is invested. In addition, there was also a positiveimpact in the month arising from the realisation at a premium to the holdingvalue of one of the Company's significant fund investments. In total, the NetAsset Value of the Company's portfolio as at 30 September is expected to beapproximately 5% lower than as at 31 August 2014. The Company expects to announce its Net Asset Value as at 30 September 2014 onor around 16 October 2014, and around the same time the Investment Manager'squarterly report will be issued with further details on the abovementionedevents.
