The following Pricing Supplement is available for viewing:

Pricing Supplement dated 31 March 2022 (the "Pricing Supplement") for NatWest Markets Plc ("NatWest Markets") for the CHF 300,000,000 0.8975 per cent. Notes due 4 April 2025 (ISIN: CH1167887277) (the "Notes") issued under the £15,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of NatWest Markets (the "Programme").

The Pricing Supplement contains the final terms of the Notes and must be read in conjunction with the prospectus dated 7 December 2021 and the supplemental prospectus dated 18 February 2022 and the supplemental prospectus dated 17 March 2022 relating to the Programme (together, the "Prospectus"), which constitute a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of domestic law in the UK by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
