Nature Oil & Gas wins offshore service contract

Nature Group PLC (AIM: NGR), announces that its Norwegian subsidiary, Nature Oil and Gas AS ("Nature Oil & Gas"), has been awarded an initial service contract by North Atlantic Drilling AS ("Seadrill"). The contract with Seadrill is for the treatment of slop water onboard drilling ship West Navigator at the Shell operated Norwegian Ormen Lange Field. The on-site treatment and operations period is expected to take at least one month.

Nature will provide its "Compact Treatment Unit" (CTU) for an on-site waste water treatment solution. The Compact Treatment Unit is targeted to reduce on-site waste volumes with 90% and an effective treatment in accordance to Norwegian discharge criteria under 30ppm.

Nature Oil & Gas also expects that its periodic contract with Transocean Arctic Drilling rig will take place as planned at the end of August this year.

The systems proven capabilities and results together with the Seadrill contract demonstrate the acceptance of Nature CTU´s as a proven technology. Management expect this to lead to more service agreements and an increase in volumes in the near future. Nature Oil & Gas is currently expanding its CTU fleet, which will enable a swift and sustainable waste treatment solution for both onshore and offshore customers on a long term as well as a short term quick response basis.
