Change of name to Deliveroo plc

Further to the announcement on 7 April 2021, Deliveroo Holdings plc ("Deliveroo" or the "Company") announces that it has changed its name to Deliveroo plc. The change of name became effective on 13 April 2021.

The Company's website, trading symbol (ROO), ISIN, SEDOL and LEI will remain unchanged.

Shareholders are not affected by the change and existing share certificates will remain valid and should be retained.
