Paternoster is pleased to announce that further to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting, the Company has changed its name to RiverFort Global Opportunities plc ("RiverFort") and trading in the Company's ordinary shares under the new name and with new ticker "RGO" will take effect from 8.00 today.
The Company's website address, at which the information required by AIM Rule 26 is available, has changed to www.riverfortglobalopportunities.com.
