Name change to PJSC PIK Group
Moscow, 17 July 2015 - PIK Group (LSE: PIK), one of Russia's leading residential real estate developers, announces that the Company has changed its name to Public Joint Stock Company "PIK Group", or PJSC "PIK Group". The relevant decision has been approved at the Company's Annual General Meeting on June 29, 2015. The change has been reflected in the new edition of the Company's charter and took effect upon the statutory registration of the new charter on July 09, 2015.
