National Antitrust Commission authorises Nextel acquisition

On 12 April 2017, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that the National Antitrust Commission notified Cablevisión S.A. -a subsidiary of the Company- of Resolution No. 293/2017 dated April 10, 2017, whereby, that agency authorised the economic concentration transaction consisting in the acquisition by Cablevisión S.A. and Televisión Dirigida S.A. of 51.4% and 48.6%, respectively, of the capital stock of Nextel Communications Argentina S.R.L., held by NII Mercosur Telecom S.L.U. and NII Mercosur Moviles S.L.U.
