N10/25 - Confirmation of rule amendments

1. Stock Exchange Notice N09/25 published on 26 August 2025, confirmed that the London Stock Exchange Plc (the "Exchange") had been approved as an operator of a Private Intermittent Securities and Capital Exchange System ("PISCES").

Feedback on Rulebooks

2. No changes have been proposed for the Rules of the London Stock Exchange and the Admission and Disclosure Standards (as detailed in the attachments to N09/25) which will become effective from 15 September 2025.

3. Final versions of these rulebooks will be available on the Exchange's website on the above date, via the following links:

4. Responses in relation to the Private Securities Market Rules are being considered and an update will be provided in due course.
