N04/25 - Air Astana JSC Reg S and JSC 144A

1. London Stock Exchange temporarily halted Air Astana JSC Reg S and JSC 144A (TIDMs: AIRA, ISIN: US0090632078 and AA80 US0090631088) on 12 June 2025 at 08:35 pending clarification of the timing of the record date for the securities.

2. In accordance with the confirmation of the dividend timetable from the issuer's Depositary Bank, AIRA and AA80 were marked 'ex dividend' from the start of business on 29 May 2025 with a record date of 30 May 2025. On 11 June 2025 the Depositary Bank published an amendment of the record date to 23 June 2025.

3. All Exchange trades in the period 29 May 2025 until close of business 11 June 2025 shall be treated as 'ex dividend', in accordance with Rule 5200.

4. AIRA and AA80 trades will be treated 'cum dividend' until the ex-dividend date 20 June 2025, with the record date 23 June 2025.

5.
