Lagos and London, 2 January 2026: Seplat Energy Plc ("Seplat Energy" or the "Company"), a leading Nigerian independent energy company listed on both the Nigerian Exchange and London Stock Exchange notes the public announcement made by one of its founding investors, Etablissements Maurel & Prom S.A.
