Accident Exchange Group PLC26 October 2006 Accident Exchange Group Plc MOVE TO THE OFFICIAL LIST Accident Exchange Group Plc ("Accident Exchange" or the "Company"), a leading provider of accident management and other solutions to the automotive and insurance related sectors, has published its prospectus in connection with the proposed listing of its entire issued ordinary share capital on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings on the London Stock Exchange's main market will commence at 8.00 am on Wednesday 1 November 2006. Trading in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM will be cancelled simultaneously. The Company is not raising any additional funds in connection with Admissionand, accordingly, the interests of existing shareholders of the Company will notbe diluted as a result of the move to the Official List. The Company's stockcode will continue to be LSE:ACE (ACE.L for Reuters and ACE LN for Bloomberg)and there will remain 69,948,067 ordinary shares in issue on Admission.
